“We believe that it is through a legion of fans that filmmakers can build a solid career in entertainment. That’s why we hold our event online. The potential then exists for every person on the planet to attend the festival and discover these greatly talented filmmakers, and then follow them as the filmmakers craft their careers with longevity in mind.”
~ Fel Angel, Festival Director, Creative Arts Film Festival
CAFF considers short length films that are 30 minutes maximum (including credits), and we offer filmmakers premiere exposure to entertainment industry professionals and fans worldwide via our website. We are completely driven by love of the craft and our festival is committed to the filmmakers who bring great short films to the world.
CAFF is like no other film festival, because it is designed to promote YOU, the filmmaker. Our innovations are all designed to further YOUR career. Such as: The Perfect Spirit Awards – to bring recognition and accreditation to your work; Submitted Film Listings – Our massive additional promotional vehicle for our creative artists JUST FOR SUBMITTING A PROJECT; and, Video interviews of our filmmakers. These are all unique marketing ideas that no other film festival in the world had ever explored before CAFF.
CAFF offers all of these initiatives because it brings more attention to YOU, the creative artist. They were pioneered to better serve the filmmaker. And, mixed with our marketing efforts, CAFF does all it can do to get you and your project in front of every single person around the world.
Are YOU the next GREAT FILMMAKER? Submit Your Project and find out!

FESTIVAL OVERVIEW
Artisan Festival International World Peace Initiative is comprised of mini-festivals representative of the Arts (Fine Art, Film, Fashion, Music, Theater) brought together under one umbrella in an effort to promote cultural diversity through the arts. Our goal is to bring such rich culture to each community we work with and encourage as much community support as possible to facilitate an understanding that we are a cultural arts organization seeking to add to the communities we serve while simultaneously assisting with peace efforts on a global scale.
"The mission of Artisan Festival International World Peace Initiative is to bridge the gap in cultural diversity worldwide. By promoting culture other than ones own through film, art, fashion, theatre and music, one can begin to have an understanding and appreciation of others. This is the way to begin creating world peace," stated Princess Angelique Monét, Festival Founder and Director.
Our events will promote visual/video art, film, fashion, theatre and music. Within A.F.I. we have created five Signature mini Festivals each with it's own audience, but we hope to encourage cross-demographic involvement between each area.

POOL is a recurring format for dance- and animation-film. The Aim is to create a platform for dancers, choreographers, directors, artists, organizers and other interested people. POOL offers space for a mutual exchange of experiences, developing and advanced training, and presentations prospects. It`s a platform for those kinds of films, which picture dance not as a simple documentation, but more as a creative piece of art, using cuts and several other techniques for creation. We also like films which include every kind of non-dance movement in choreography. Moreover biographies of creators are less important or whether it`s a high or low budget film.
Films shouldn`t be longer than 30 min and also not only a documentation of a dance piece. That means the filmed material should be edited in any way. Exceptions are films, which use the pure documentation as a part of the creative process.
