Eyes on films screening 27th at Fantasporto
Bioethics at a conference in which the names of the most famous names of Portugal on the theme and who completely filled the 3rd floor of the Rivoli were one of the important moments of Fantas's day yesterday.
But today we will naturally have another big day of Fantas à Fantas, where we will be able to see everything from dramatic comedy to terror, through suspense and fantasy to today's schedule of the 38th Fantasporto - Porto International Film Festival. Two films will be the nominees for the awards in the official section Cinema Fantástico (CF) and the other two in the Directors' Week (SR), this to talk about the works to be exhibited in the Grand Auditorium of Rivoli that keep the sessions full and a cinephile atmosphere accentuated, above all on Floor 3 that dozens of foreign guests took over as a place of leisure and meeting.
At 15:00, the program opens thus with the Danish film "The Charmer", by Milad Alemi, about the difficulties of integration of a Middle Eastern immigrant in Europe.
German-Canadian co-production "Replace" by Norbert Keil brings terror back to Rivoli, centered on the life of a beautiful woman whose skin dries and falls but can be replaced by the skin of other young women ...
Jin-Mook Kim's "True Fiction", in a world premiere, tells the story of a rising young politician and the mechanisms of violence, arrogance and corruption that he has to go through. your career.
"A Day" by Sun-ho Cho, and European premiere, is a fantasy film about a father who is grateful for his daughter's death in an accident.
The Small Auditorium program is devoted to the Taiwan B-Movies Retrospective, opening with Chang Tso-Chi's "Soul of a Demon" (2007), followed by "The best of Times" (2002), also of Chang Tso-Chi, ending with "Woman Revenger" (1982), by Ouyang Chun (pseudonym of Tsai Yang-Ming).
Another full day, increasingly fantastic Fantasporto.
