There is a $20 registration donation for each submission.

(No one will be turned away for lack of submission donation). All money received from registration will be used to cover costs involved with the
organizing of One World Film Festival. DVDs can not be returned.

Please
include a short description of your film along with your name, address,
phone number, e-mail and website (if you have one). Foreign language
works welcome and encouraged (subtitles optional). If you have a
digital still or photograph from you film please send it to us for
possible use on our website.

2009 ONE WORLD FILM FESTIVAL

The idea for the ONE WORLD FILM FESTIVAL started in 2007 by a group of Denver activists, artists, radicals and friends, who wanted to get the messages of video activist / guerilla cinema into the public eye. We feel that, due to the current social and political climate both locally and globally, our mission is more critical than ever to provide a forum for thought provoking films and debates.

We are committed to bring progressive, leftist, radical, anti-racist, visionary films dealing with issues including, but not limited to: environmental, human rights, social injustices, anti-globalization, etc...

Film Schedule and Dates:

The 2009 One World Film Festival will take place in Berlin, Germany and Denver, Colorado.

At this point, the possible venues for screening are:

Berlin: The Tacheles (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kunst_Haus_Tacheles)
Denver: The Mercury Cafe (http://www.mercurycafe.com/)
The dates are yet to be determined.

The 2009 One World Film Festival will showcase every genre of
independent film from across the world during this incredible
celebration of independent artists.

The One World Film Festival is a forum where filmmakers can thrive
outside the mainstream arena. Creative artists who continuously break
the boundaries of film, video, art and music are promoted through this
festival, so they too have a voice in a market typically saturated with
commercial entertainment designed to satisfy the audience's
expectations.

The ONE WORLD FILM FESTIVAL is FREE to the public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We feel that everyone shall have access to these means of information. A donation is always greatly appreciated, however no one is turned down.

We are committed on bringing the best in the available information on current events....
