Ruby Mountain Film FestivalThe Ruby Mountain Film Festival (September 27-30, 2012) is dedicated to the exhibition and nurturing of film and video as an art. The RMFF presents a full range of storytelling through visual arts from independent and student filmmakers to big budget major motion pictures with a particular emphasis on low budget feature films, student films and westerns.
