The Boston Jewish Film Festival, one of the oldest and largest Jewish film festivals in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Managing Director to join a small, dedicated, passionate and creative staff. Working in close collaboration with the Artistic Director, the Managing Director will be responsible for Fundraising and Business Development; Strategic Marketing; Finance; and Board Accountability. Individual supervises a small support staff including the Administrative Manager, Festival Producer, and numerous seasonal positions. The Managing Director will report directly to the Board of Directors. Background should include a passion for film; prior non-profit leadership experience; a proven track record in Boston area fundraising and development; financial management; community building; and collaboration with stakeholders.
