This festival is open to amateur and professional filmmakers alike. The goal of the MSFF is to provide a venue where short filmmakers can have their films viewed by an audience and to provide a networking opportunity to filmmakers in order to learn and share with each other. This festival is open to amateur and professional filmmakers alike. The goal of the MSFF is to provide a venue where short filmmakers can have their films viewed by an audience and to provide a networking opportunity to filmmakers in order to learn and share with each other. We are pleased to announce that the MSFF is a fundraiser for the McMinnville Sunrise Rotary Foundation, and all entry fees and sponsorships are tax deductible. Sunrise Rotary will use the funds to provide scholarships to those going into a filmmaking program.
