From 14 to 20 July, the “Rodina” Festival Centre will host the master classes by famous filmmakers, members of the jury and distinguished guests of the 9thOIFF
The audience will have the chance to attend creative meetings and master classes with filmmakers, actors, film critics and film professionals that are guests of the 9th Odesa International Film Festival:

Ada Rogovtseva (Ukraine, actress, OIFF honorary guest)
Denis Lavant (France, actor, presents The Night Eats the World by Dominique Rocher)
Arnaud des Pallières (France, film director and screenwriter, jury member of the International competition)
Ritesh Batra (India, film director, jury member of the International competition)
Igor Minaiev (Ukraine-France, film director, jury member of the International competition)
Gunnar Bergdahl (Sweden, film critic, director, presents Ingmar Bergman: Intermezzo)
Katriel Schory (Israel, the Israel Film Fund executive director)
Galia Bador (Israel, festival director at Docaviv International Documentary Film Festival, jury member of the European Documentary Competition)
Andriy Alferov (Ukraine, film critic, member of the International Federation of Film Critics - FIPRESCI)
Marat Parkhomovsky (Israel, scholar of cinematography)
The Actor’s Workshop 2018 will hold a panel discussion “Casting Across Borders, the future of Ukraine and Europe” with Nancy Bishop, Kelly Valentine Hendry and Beatrice Kruger. The discussion will be moderated by Ivan Shvedoff, actor, film director and the coach of Actor’sWorkshop 2018.
Film director Sergei Loznitsa, historian Igor Kozlovsky, the director of the Oleksandr Dovzhenko Centre in Kyiv Ivan Kozlenko and film director Igor Minaev will hold a meeting on “Symphony of Donbass. Discussion on Donbass and its cultural representations”. The discussion will be moderated by Oleksii Tarasov.
