KAFFNY is now accepting submissions for its 10th Anniversary film festival, taking place in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, October 13-22, 2016.

KAFFNY invites filmmakers of all backgrounds to submit for consideration their completed long- and short-format films — fiction or non-fiction — that are relevant to the Korean American community, the Korean diaspora, or Korean identified persons. Filmmakers working in narrative as well as experimental, performance, or music genres are all welcome to apply. (KAFFNY also considers works outside the Korean nexus featuring at least one key creative member of Korean heritage, regardless of the subject matter.)

1) SHORTS
All genres, for films shorter than 50 minutes, completed any year. Short films completed January 1, 2015 or later are eligible for competition (if any, at KAFFNY discretion).
2) FEATURE
Narrative or documentary, for films longer than 50 minutes, completed any year. Films completed January 1, 2014 or later are eligible for competition (if any, at KAFFNY discretion).
