CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY

- Entries must be New York premieres and have been completed in the current or preceding year. They cannot have been shown in any festivals or public screening in New York. (The Committee reserves the right to waive this rule in the case of small non-commercial, non- publicized showings).

- Exhibition formats are 35 mm prints with composite optical sound, digital video (Digibeta & HDCam) or DCP.

- Feature films of all lengths are considered – there are no separate categories.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

- Work can be submitted on DVD or streaming video. DVD entries are not returned.

- Do not send press materials with application. If your film is selected, images & publicity materials will be required immediately.

- Label dvd with film title, director’s name, country and running time. Paper sleeves are preferable to jewel boxes.

- All regions are accepted

- Mail application form with dvd (if applicable) to:
