WE ARE LOOKING FOR DOCUMENTARIES WHICH ARE CONSIDERED BY THEIR CREATORS AS ART WORKS USING VIDEO AS A MEDIUM IN ALL ITS VARIETY. THE WORKS CAN BE OF A PERSONAL, SOCIAL OR IMPRESSIONISTIC NATURE.
