TERRORFEST Costa Rica International Festival of Terror

Festival of Terror

Come celebrate Halloween in Costa Rica during the First Annual Costa Rica International Festival of Terror (CRIFT) held October 25 - 31, 2012, in Montezuma, Costa Rica.

The CRIFT is a perfect opportunity for you to get away from it all. Enjoy beautiful beaches, breath-taking waterfalls, hiking, exploring the jungle, fishing, boating, and much more while premiering your film for film lovers from across the world.

CRIFT judges are searching for horror, sci-fi, thrillers, horror-comedy, animated films, and almost every other genre you can imagine.

The Costa Rica International Festival of Terror is brought to you by the organizers of the Costa Rica International Film Festival, held annually in November in Montezuma. After years of hosting the successful international festival, the group decided to create a separate festival dedicated to the best horror features and shorts from filmmakers worldwide.

Join us for the First Annual Costa Rica International Festival of Terror and showcase your film in paradise.

2012 Film Festival Submissions are now accepted! Enter your short or feature horror film today to Costa Rica’s only horror film festival!
