Kean-Hian LIM is a Malaysian born Chinese who was raised in Malaysia. In 2003, he flew by himself to Taiwan and studied in Shih Hsin University at Department of Radio, TV & Film. He majored in Film. In 2007, he worked in Director TSAI Ming-Liang’s film company and served as assistant to producer and director until the spring of 2009. In the autumn of 2009, he applied to further his studies at Taipei National University of the Arts for an MFA in film making majoring in directing. At present he is in his 3rd year.
