Donny Kingsley Okoh possess a HND degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering, a Bsc degree in Information and Communications Technology, a HND in creative and life arts and an Msc in Strategic IT Management. He was once the General Secretary of the Screen Writer’s Guild of Nigeria and a member of the Director’s Guild of Nigeria. He is a creative, technical and analytical minded individual who has good leadership skills. His first collection of poems (Unsung Song) was published in 2008 by his publishers (Word Clay and Creative Space) and that same year, he won an award in Las Vegas (International Society of Poets) as the 2nd best poet and the best Black poet of the year. He also won an award as a new entrant writer with first writers in 2009. His book (Unsung Song) is currently being sold by his publishers (Wordclay and Creative Space on amazon.com and other places). He has written, directed and produced a few films and among the films he has written and directed are: Funeral Song Bat Front Masters Genesis Sins of our Fathers Jungle Fever The Bride Price (A documentary on the history of the Fulani’s of Nigeria-2002) Park It Right His current feature film (“Working Title”) is already on the pre-production stage with principal photography due to commence by January 2012 and with the intention of featuring popular Afro-American actors/actresses and Bollywood actors/actresses.
