Thank you for your film submission to the Boomtown festival! Please print the following entry form and mail us two copies of of your film in the form of VHS tapes or DVDs in NTSC format.

Please clearly label material with your name, address, phone number and the entry category. The name on the entry form is the name that will be printed on any awards, unless noted otherwise. We also encourage you to include a digital press kit for the festival to use in promoting your film.

We will inform you by the submission deadline of January 1st, 2011 if your film has been selected for the festival.
