About the Director: 

Bonneville kick started his career by assisting centenarian Cannes Palm d\'Or winner Manoel de Oliveira, the oldest film director alive. He has redently worked for the BBC and currently tutors workshops and seminars in diverse events and institutions.

"GYPSY" was commissioned by the ICA - Portuguese Film Institute. It earned a Coup de Coeur Distinction at the 66th Festival de Cannes Court-Métrage Short Film Corner and has been selected to premiere at the 66th Festival del Film LOCARNO. Officially selected to the Vila do Conde, Bristol Encounters and Brest European Film Festival.

 

AWARDS
GYPSY was commissioned by the ICA - Portuguese Film Institute. It earned a Coup de Coeur Distinction at the 66th Festival de Cannes Court-Métrage Short Film Corner and has been selected to premiere at the 66th Festival del Film LOCARNO.

ARCH-IN-THE-SKY won the Best Actress Award for Sofia Ferrão’s electrifying performance at the International Portuguese Language Film Festival and a Jury Mention at the Film Festival of Nations, Austria.

HEIKO won Best Short Award at the 24th Copenhagen GL Film Festival and a Special Mention at the SLAMDANCE Film Festival, Park City, Utah. It screened at more than 60 festivals worldwide and has DVD distribution in the UK.
