About the Director: 

Juan Pablo Roubió was born on June 19, 1978 in Punta Alta, Argentina, where he conducted several television productions, radio, graphic and theater. In 2000 he moved to the Capital, where he graduated in Realization and Audiovisual Production. His proliferate and recognized work as director and writer earned him the nomination to the Martino Fierro Award, Honors in the 20th Festival de Cine de Mar del Plata. In 2006 he founded “Indigo Artmedia”, an audiovisual production house.

Film synopsis: 
Captain Cortez must carry, in his warship, an enigmatic and beautiful scientific and transfers a state secret. In the middle of the ocean, a murder and the alarm of an imminent and deadly in the air put the security of a nation. Cortez was in a reckless crossroads between attraction that causes the mysterious passenger and his duty to his crew and their nation. Cover of Shadows is a film that contains all elements of the more classic black cinema. During the 50s, where the main actors of the Cold War established their sources, cover of shadows, who invited the witness to go through the darkest desires of the mind of a man in an age where the truth lay in shadow.
