About the Director: 

First feature film of the directors.                                   

Jaime is a filmmaker graduated from Universidad del Desarrollo in Chile. As a student, worked in many short films as Art director or Editor. He edited the student feature film "La Chupilca del Diablo" 2012 ("The devil's Chupilca"), then he began writing "A Man Interested in Justice".

Andrea is a Theater and Film Designer from Universidad de Chile. Has work in many theater plays as producer and/or designer, all thought her biggest interest has always been films, working as an Art Director, or as a Cinematographer in various short films.

In late 2012, Andrea and Jaime started writing "A Man Interested in Justice", designing the "Look" and "Art direction " for the film in 2013, in 2014 they start their own film company "Noveno" and the production for the film. They keep working together in Noveno as directors and producers, doing many projects together, exploring their diverse areas of interest, and a great spirit for creativity.

Film synopsis: 
<p><span style="line-height: 1.3;">Alejandro is a young writer looking for inspiration; he begins to get interested in a crime that happened close to his house. His girlfriend (Teresa) wants him to have a steady income, so she gets him a job at her uncle&#39;s publishing house writing children&rsquo;s stories. But the news of the crime and serial killer in his neighborhood haunts him with obsession. What starts as an inspiration for a crime novel, slowly turns into a reality; leading him to lie to his girlfriend and face the truth with his relationship; getting involve with another woman and trying to find the killer... all this while he tries to write his crime novel in vintage style, using his typewriter collection. Things get out of hand for Alejandro when he goes deep in his own story.</span></p>
