Student Film Block 2012: Call for Entries
Tagline: MAKE THE NEXT INDIE, ROCK THE WORLD
I’m pleased to announce the expanded call for entries for the 2nd annual Student Film Block, to be presented during Seattle’s True Independent Film festival May 4th through May 12, 2012. New to the festival this year every student who submits a film will automatically get the option to have his or her short distributed on a 2 Disc DVD collection. This DVD and Blu-Ray collection will be pressed on a 100 run distro sold exclusively online at studentblock.org. This is year STIFF will be featuring a full day of student programming from the most out-standing local and nationwide filmmakers ages 16 to 22. All winning entries will be announced live on the radio the week of February 15th. Eligibility Filmmaker must be between the ages of 16 to 22 years old and have directed or produced a short film no longer than 25-30 minutes. At this time we are not accepted any feature length productions by students. Early Bird Submission fee for STIFF is only $30 dollars
