Hang on to Your Shorts Film Festival

Chris J. Cullen, Rich Lello and Brian Kopack The Directors of "Hang on to Your Shorts" Film Festival

Hang on to Your Shorts Film Festival

Festival presentation:

Though many artistic events and film festivals have left the New Jersey Shore/Central New Jersey area.  We all work in the entertainment industry in some form and we all love the art of film making.  We want to bring back film festivals to the Jersey Shore and also celebrate those who are trying to break into the industry with the Short Film.

We decided to create a small intimate short film festival in the amazing area of Asbury Park, NJ to start our festival.  Now entering its second year, "Hang on to Your Shorts" Film Festival.

The "Hang on to Your Shorts" Film Festival is in its second year as a short film festival.  After the big storm Sandy our area was hit pretty hard, and most of, if not all, of the festivals have left the Jersey Shore area.  We want to keep the spotlight on filmmakers here on the shore.  So we decided to start up a new shorts film festival in Asbury Park at the end of April.  We are back again, and you can submit your films today for Year Two.
