Each year, DOCF screens an array of dance films from imaginative, genre-stretching shorts to documentaries that shed light on untold stories and lost histories, alongside exciting narrative features, retrospective selections, and special events including filmmaker panels, cutting edge media and art installations, and free community and student programs. By providing valuable infrastructure and serving as an international hub for the genre of dance film, Dance on Camera Festival encourages the proliferation of media that forges unique visions, generates collective dialogue, celebrates inclusion, and convenes diverse audiences.
