RIFF 09, 2023, 01: First list unveiledRIFF 09, 2023, 01: First list unveiled The 9th edition of the Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF), organised by RIFF Film Club and accredited by the Federation of Film Societies of India (North Region), will be held from the 1st to the 5th of February 2023, at INOX, Crystal Palm, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan, with the theme Sports in Cinema. The first list of the 9th Rajasthan International Film Festival 2023 was released today, where a total of 22 films have been officially selected in RIFF Panorama, in which 9 films have been selected in the feature film category and 13 films have been selected in the non-feature film category. The feature film category includes Kannada feature Film "Mata (The Monastery)" directed by Ravindra Venshi, Marathi feature film "Aata Vel Zaali (It's Time To Go)", directed by Ananth Narayan Mahadevan, Sanskrit feature film "Ekachakram", directed by K. Suchendra Prasad, Hindi feature film "The Fallen…Are Connected", directed by S. Pradeep Varma, international feature film "Love Me, Stupid", directed and produced by Buvana Ram, international documentary film "Insulaire Dans L’ame (Islander At Heart)", directed by Isabelle Balducchi, Muduga feature film "Aadhivaasi (The Black Death)", directed by Vijeesh Mani, Kannada feature film "Naanu Kusuma (I Am Kusuma)", directed by Krishnegowda and Maithili feature film "Lotus blooms", directed by Pratik Sharma. The Non Feature film category includes international short film "Finding Vega", directed by Joey Xuetong Zhao, Hindi music video album "Rangi Saari ( Colours Of Love )", directed by Indrajit Nattoji and sung by Kavita Seth & Kanishk Seth, international short film "Staffed", directed by Ryan Graham & Raul Gonzo, Tamil short film "Anbirkum Undo (Love Knows No Boundaries)", directed by Arul Sankar S., Rajasthani documentary film "Dhinga Gavar", directed by Somendra Harsh, Hindi short film "First Second Chance", directed and produced by Lakshmi R. Iyer, Hindi student short film "Guilty?", directed by Anirudh Jaiman, Hindi student short film "In My Head", directed by Mansi Sharma, Malayalam Short Film "Pressure Cooker", directed by Shemej Kumar, Hindi documentary film "KB Future", directed by Anirudh Ajay Baboo, silent student short film "Fumes", directed by Viveka Deol , multilingual documentary film "Basti - The Story of slums in India" directed by Parinaz Jal, Hindi short film "Tamashbeen", directed and produced by Shekhar Ujjainwal. The grand Opening Ceremony of RIFF 2023 will be held on 1st February in Jaipur at INOX, Crystal Palm. After this, films screening, open forum, workshop and talk shows will be organised in the next four days from 2 to 5 February 2023, again at INOX, Crystal Palm.
