  RULES  Each author can take part at the festival with maximum two films for each competition.  Both for  NATIONAL COMPETITION, INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION and for ANIMATION COMPETITION:  are accepted every kind and format of short film.  Each author can take part at the festival with film made after the 1° january 2013.  The film can’t be no longer than 35 minutes with  headlines and credits.  Italians short film can compete...
