The Palm Springs International Film Festival plays host to a fabulous array of movies and movie stars. The Festival features a stellar line-up of more than 175 films from 60 countries, special events and gala receptions. 

The Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films has become known world-wide for the extraordinary community of filmmakers it attracts, and for the quality and scope of its programming. This celebrated event is the largest festival of its kind in America, showcasing over 320 short films each year from more than 40 countries, with a library of more than 2700 films available to film buyers, industry and press in the Film Market running concurrently with the Festival.

The Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) kicked off with the premiere of ‘80 For Brady’

The Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) kicked off last night with its Opening Night screening and World Premiere of ‘80 For Brady’. Guests in attendance from the film included Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno, Sally Field, Harry Hamlin, director Kyle Marvin, executive producer Mike Covino, and writers Sarah Haskins & Emily Halpern.

Additionally, the PSIFF Opening Day included the World Premiere of ‘Shot in the Arm’ with executive producer Neil deGrasse Tyson and director Scott Hamilton Kennedy, alongside Talking Pictures screenings with Angela Bassett and Ruth E. Carter (‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’), Colin Farrell (‘The Banshees of Inisherin’), and Bill Nighy and writer Kazuo Ishiguro (‘Living’).
