The Palm Springs International Film Awards honored this year’s biggest stars as Hollywood flocked to Palm Springs to kick off awards season.

The event was presented by IHG Hotels & Resorts, Entertainment Tonight, and Oak View Group. The program was hosted by Mary Hart and honorees were presented with either the John Kennedy "The Entertainer" statue or a Chihuly Glass Sculpture. 

The following awards were presented –

• Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell (Chairman’s Award) presented by Greta Gerwig
• Carey Mulligan (International Star Award, Actress) presented by Meryl Streep
• Cillian Murphy (Desert Palm Achievement Award, Actor) presented by Robert Downey Jr.
• Colman Domingo (Spotlight Award, Actor) presented by Lenny Kravitz
• Danielle Brooks (Spotlight Award, Actress) presented by Taraji P. Henson + Blitz Bazawule
• Da’Vine Joy Randolph (Breakthrough Performance Award) presented by Paul Giamatti
• Emma Stone (Desert Palm Achievement Award, Actress) presented by Mark Ruffalo + Willem Dafoe
• Greta Gerwig (Director of the Year) presented by Margot Robbie + America Ferrera
• Jeffrey Wright (Career Achievement Award) presented by Leslie Uggams
• Paul Giamatti (Icon Award) presented by Sandra Oh
• Killers of the Flower Moon – director, Martin Scorsese, executive producer and actor, Leonardo DiCaprio and actor, Lily Gladstone (Vanguard Award). They were introduced by Osage Nation Principal Chief Geoffrey Standing Bear.
