As the hype starts to pick up momentum, the Urban Culturalist is primed to find the gems of Festival de Cannes 2012. Finishing off my breakfast of bloody mary's and egg and sausage sandwich, I wonder... Will I meet the great Wes Anderson, or get to shake the hand of the phenomenal Philip Kaufman and silver screen legend Norman Lloyd...? Will my business hero of all time, Sir Richard Branson, invite me to the Virgin Goes to Space Party? Probably not... but you never know. Anyone who has been will tell you- magic happens in Cannes.
