Bruno Chatelin met in Dubuque during JDIFF with Jim Belilove who took on the mission to tell the story of "Jerry's Last Mission" which had its world premiere at the festival. The film is a moving documentary feature-length documentary on the story of Jerry Yellin, one of the last veterans from WWII, who enlisted to fight the Japanese, after their attack on Pearl Harbor. Jerry returned home from the war as a decorated pilot and suffered from severe post-traumatic stress disorder for years.

Jim sold his company and decided he would accompany the film to deliver Jerry's message.
