36th FILMSCHOOLFEST MUNICH, November 13 - 19, 2016

As part of the FILMSCHOOLFEST MUNICH we have two special competitions:

The CLIMATE CLIPS film competition is sponsored by the Nagelschneider Stiftung - Foundation for Renewable Energy, a German non-profit foundation. The CLIMATE CLIPS Award with a purse of 5,000 Euros goes to the best clip on climate change. Moreover, there are second and third prizes: 3,000 Euros go to the runner-up, 1,000 Euros to the third-place film. The best three films will be presented at FILMSCHOOLFEST MUNICH 2016.

For the fifth time, the special competition for the Hofbräu Trophy will be held as part of this year's festival. We invite you to participate in the run for the most original commercial on the topic "Hofbräu - a different point of view", sponsored by the brewery Staatliches Hofbräuhaus in München. The winner will take home 5,000 Euro! Moreover, there are second and third prizes. The second best rated clip will get 3,000 Euro and the short film on the third place 2,000 Euro. Simply be creative! The call for entries for this special competition is open now! Submit your film and get the trophy (in the best case)!
