Script to screen: TuLsa's 5th to come

TULSA'S FIFTH ANNUAL BAREBONES SCRIPT TO SCREEN FILM FESTIVAL AND MOVIE CONFERENCE will be held October 4th thru 8th at the TULSA COMMUNITY COLLEGES' METRO CAMPUS located at ninth and Cincinnatti, THE GREAT WESTERN DOWNTOWN HOTEL at seventh and Boston and at the CIRCLE CINEMA II at 10 South Lewis.
The film festival will exhibit movies made in Oklahoma, across the U.S. and from around the world. It will also feature industry professionals as well as college and university level instructors in a symposium discussing motion picture production challenges, and opportunities. It will also feature seminars on Screenwriting, Independent Moviemaking and Acting For The Motion Picture Camera. The festival will also entertain those present with live screenplay readings, acting contests and showcased entertainers. Attending motion picture directors and producers will be visiting Tulsa Area Public and Private schools to discuss the job opportunities in the motion picture industry and how to best enter the movie business. They will also tour the city for possible future film production locations.
Awards will be presented for the best movie and screenplay in each category as well as best actor and best ensemble cast during the festivals award ceremony.
Cousin to the states largest annual film festival the BAREBONES INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL held each April in Muskogee Oklahoma, TULSAS' SCRIPT TO SCREEN FILM FESTIVAL is one of the states most well attended film festivals.
