Kansas City Filmmakers Jubilee: April 16- 22
The 8th festival will kick off with a real bang with the screening of the first feature film from Kansas City to make it into Sundance: CSA-Confederate States of American. Backed by Spike Lee, picked up by IFC Films; director Kevin Willmott and producer Rick Cowen have a breakthrough opportunity that everyone hopes will propel them to even greater success. They have graciously allowed us to screen CSA as a benefit for the Jubilee.
