IFFF Dedicates Saturday to the Writers

The third day of the International Family Film Festival is scheduled to be a bonanza of riches for the screenwriters. Starting at 10 am with a Panel led by the acclaimed Founder and Director of the Writer's Boot Camp, Jeffrey Gordon, followed by an emersive writer's session led by The Writer's Workshop after lunch, and then a two hour "Pitch Me" experience where writers are invited to bring material to pitch for feedback from a panel of acquisitions professionals in the film industry.

The Screenwriters Showcase begins at 4:45pm in the Chaplin Theater at the Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. Each of the Semi-Finalist screenwriter's in the competition has been asked to select a short excerpt from their script to be prepared for a staged reading by professional actors. Following each of the presentations the writer's will be introduced and be involved in an open discussion with the attending audience.
