This award will be given to Jacques Audiard's film The Sisters Brothers in the presence of the film’s team, for the qualities of its direction, for its powerful performances from four major actors of contemporary American cinema - John C. Reilly, Joaquin Phoenix, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Riz Ahmed - and to salute its producers, thanks to whom such a noble project could be born. And finally, to celebrate a work that holds out hope for a better world, for a possible change of heart. For all these reasons, it seemed natural to reward such a work in an unusual, original and exceptional manner. » Bruno Barde, Director of the Festival LES FRЀRES SISTERS (The Sisters Brothers) de/by Jacques Audiard © Shanna Besson INTERPRÉTATION I MAIN CAST John C.
