"Pooling", a breakdance/animation/visual effects film from Ron de Cana Productions, Inc. is the ONLY American film competing for the Trofeo La Lanterna in Genoa, Italy. It will play there with Cineclub FotoVideo Genova on April 4th, 2019. Filmed and edited on location in Castellnou and Barcelona, Spain by Pol Carrizo Vilarroig of Imatge Barcelona, the animation for "Pooling" was done in Los Angeles by Dismas & GrissyG Lizarraga of GrisDismation. An original score was prepared in advance by Joan Armand Forero for choreographer/dancer, Marc "Markitus" Carrizo Vilarroig of Brodas Bros.

"Pooling" was produced and directed by Dawn Westlake. This is Westlake's 20th film since 2000.
