ANNUAL PROGRAM WITHOUT FRONTIERS
Calls SHORT FILMS producers worldwide to participate with their works.

The Annual Program Without Frontiers was created to valorize the cinema production, independently of the economic investment, generating an ample interchange of aesthetic and ideas between artists of diverse cultures.

It does not favor to famous ones nor discriminates against beginners. No work or artist will be either discriminated or favored by their country of origin, language, age, race, education, ideology, or by their material resources.

For equality of opportunities, in the competitions of the Annual Program Without Frontiers, the Jury must display all the films as the same kind of digital files and at the same quality level.

Producers send the films to our technical provider address, for digitizing, converting to official format, and uploading to Festival servers for evaluation by Internet. This service is free for filmmakers.

The movies are are not publically screened but evaluated by the Committee of Art of the Program to consider its possible invitation to the Annual Gala Ceremony. The Committee can also determine Special Mentions.
Then, the Jury of each Festival grants the Prizes by Category.

Our goal is the creativity and the artistic result, without geographical frontiers, and especially without economic or technical frontiers.
