FIDLab 2020 Awards

The 12th edition of FIDLab took place online on July 6th - 10th.


Out of more than 400 international applications, FIDLab, an international coproduction platform for film projects at any stage of development selected, 15 projects reflecting 20 production countries.

The FIDLab takes place in two steps. First, a live presentation of the projects, this year, a video presentation. In a second phase, one-to-one meetings with professionals, this year, virtual. During this edition, more than 280 one-to-one meetings were held.

The jury, composed of Fiorella Moretti, founder and CEO of the international sales company LuxBox; Matthijs Wouter Knol , director of the European Film Market/Berlinale; and Paolo Moretti, General Delegate at La Quinzaine des Réalisateurs, decided to award 9 different in-kind prizes provided by the 11 FIDlab partners:
