LIBERA “ANGEL VOICES ” FIRST LIVE TOUR 2008 IN NEW YORKBy Maria Esteves - April 23, 2008
LIBERA "ANGEL VOICES" first live tour was held at the Riverside Church, New York, Thursday, April 17, 7:30 PM. The twenty boys with angelic voices aged seven to fourteen years old sang "Glory to thee my God this night", "Gloria in Excelsis Deo", and ANGEL VOICES on CD/DVD released by EMI Classics. Their songs and voices elevate the consciousness to an immense inner peace, like being on cloud nine, seventh heaven, words simply cannot express! A special Meet & Greet session with LIBERA immediately followed. LIBERA directed by Robert Prizeman from South London is a boys' choir based on plainsong (chant) style of the monasteries from 1,000 years. LIBERA sang FAR AWAY and SANCTUS at Pope Benedict XVI Mass held at Yankee Stadium, New York, Sunday, April 20, 2008.

Once you join (free, of course), you'll have access to more Libera stuff (photos, videos, transcriptions of the lyrics with translations of the Latin) than you can shake a stick at.
