Official Synopsis:
Short:
KCLOC is a 3D animated documentary on people’s perceptions of time. A selection of brief interviews provide the voices for ten meticulously designed CGI clock head characters, in a variety of real-world settings, as they respond to a single question: “What does time mean to you?”

Long-form:

"Even a broken clock is right twice in a day", a quote by Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach stood as a strong inspiration for the young filmmaker Ninaad Kulkarni, who spent 8 months exploring and developing a 3 minute animated documentary film called 'KCLOC'. Ninaad conducted over 60 interviews in New York and Mumbai with individuals from different walks of life to understand their perceptions of time. In this documentary, that features 10 selected interviews, Ninaad gathers these complex ideas to create a unique cinematic experience which leaves the audience questioning their own ideas of time. Time can be haunting, fleeting, limiting or liberating. It is both relative and cruel. Time conditions us, keeps us in motion and is a gauge of our mortality. But, what does time mean to you?
