Competition HAFF Junior
Prior to the festival, children from all over the Netherlands from eight to twelve years old get the opportunity to visit a movie theatre near their school for HAFF Junior, an international programme of around nine short animation films. The school receives special teaching tools to prepare for the films. After the screening the children cast a vote for their favourite film. The winning film will be included in a national educational project of EYE in the next school season.
