We invite entries from across the globe for short films under 20 minutes duration.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PCISFF-2017

Short films produced from 2014 to 2017 will be accepted..

Film of every genre will be accepted.
-
The film should be under 20 minutes duration.
-
The film must be sub-titled in English if it is in a language other than English or Hindi.
-
Ensure that there is no nudity or vulgarity in the film in terms of audios or visuals.
-
Audio track/music used in film should be your own or you must have license to use the music or audio of others. PCISFF will not be liable for any infringement.
The film should be submitted on a DVD or share your movie on VIMEO/YOUTUBE along with:- 1. Synopsis of the film in digital form ( word or pdf) not more than 200 words.
2. Director’s biography with photo in digital form.
3. Dialogue list in English (in digital form).
4. Duly filled submission form (the form can be downloaded from our website or write to us at: pcisff@gmail.com)
5. Prescribed preview entry fee, which will be non-refundable under any circumstances
