We can all just google Clive Owen to read about his achievements as a BAFTA, Golden Globe winner and for his extensive work in the film and tv industry. Therefore I thought I should pick out some goodies from the interview, that you don't read about everywhere else...
Born 1964 in Coventry, Clive Owen was a man who didn't have it all set in his early life. With a father who left the family when Owen was thr...
Choosing a film school is no small task. Some film schools can cost you upwards of $65,000 for your total enrolment fees. Choosing the right film school is no small decision. Before you enroll in a film course you are going to want to analyze two very important things. Firstly, you’ll want to understand your own film goals and ambitions. Do you want to direct films, do you want to write scripts or do you want to work on cinematography? Each film school will have different strengths and weakn...
Making films is a great way to express yourself creatively, work within a fun industry and also make a living while you’re at it. So how do you get into this industry? The answer is often much easier than people think. At a Spike Less conference in Toronto conference a couple of years ago, Mr. Lee addressed this very question from an ambitious film student. Auteur School of Independent Filmmaking
I operate an independent film school in South Africa where I teach aspiring filmmakers the craft of filmmaking. Part of their course entails shooting a short film, which is screened on local tv channels and entered into various international student film festivals. When I'm not teaching, I write scripts for feature films. I just completed the 2nd draft of my feature film, titled THE FINAL SAY, which will be filmed in South Africa in early 2009.
