The 3rdth edition of the Festival du film Merveilleux & Imaginaire will take place from June 28th  - 30th, 2012. Theatre Douze, 6 avenue Maurice Ravel 75012 Paris

The Festival promotes  films celebrating the imaginary, the wonder and the magic from all over the world.

It’s an" International short-movies competition, The "Quart d’heure Americain" is an American movies  program, and " TheTea Time" is an english movies program.

The festival will also feature  “Kaleidoscope”, a non-competitive section. The goal is to help rediscover our different cultures and our planet. We promote the cultural artistic varieties of the world and their civilizations in a fun and magical way. The Kaleidoscope exposes and shares the magic and beauty of this world  as we seek to discover and rediscover through the eyes of children, the beauty and the richness of our world and our civilisations.   It features full-length films, documentaries, and animated short films.

Some of the screenings will be followed by a discussion and debate session about the films ; leaflets may also be distribued concerning the themes discussed.
