Four international co-productions supported by Hubert Bals Fund Plus

Dutch companies Circe Films, IDTV Motel Films, Volya Films and NFI Productions have been selected to receive each € 50,000 from Hubert Bals Fund Plus, a joint project of the International Film Festival Rotterdam and the Netherlands Film Fund.
