Three Blind Mice / Matthew Newton

Three Blind Mice / Matthew Newton

With one night left before being shipped off to Iraq, three Navy officers on shore-leave hit the streets of Sydney to celebrate. The dynamic between the three friends is uneasy, and tinged with malice. Sam has more than one reason to be looking for a way out, Dean is anxious to reconnect with his girlfriend and is burdened by some kind of guilt, and Harry is full of attitude and bent on a night of excess. The focus shifts fromhow they run, to why they run, when the uncomfortable secret that simultaneously binds and divides them is finally revealed.

The film made good impression on greek audience. I like the strong links between actors, as a special chemistry as well as high energy in playing. Special mention to Gracie Otto for her part as a waitress that falls in love with one of the guy and for her acomplished work as the movie editor.
