«A widescreen glimpse into a world most westerners can only imagine where access to the most basic of TV broadcasts is an almost essential service, especially for the elderly. The combination of traditional storytelling and the broken TV frame used was a wonderful juxtaposition and the young actress was an energetic and inspirational character».
