The Winners of the 23rd International Short Film Festival Berlin

Last years audience tally of 13,000 was beaten by a large margin, as was the number of international guests.
Films were discussed and cheered, programs, parties and special events were celebrated, and the festival atmosphere was fantastic. 550 films from 55 countries were screened in 16 competition programs and 50 special programs on eight different screens. Prizes were awarded with a total value of € 43.000.
And here they are:
