The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival Awards

The New York International Independent Film and Video Festival (NYIIFVF) known as "the voice of indie film" today announced the winners from their successful summer film extravaganza that took place in New York, July 19-26. As always, the NYIIFVF showcased a diverse range of features, shorts, documentaries and animations from around the world. The scope of the festival ranged from high profile to novice, so press, distributors and indie film lovers can experience an array of films and individuals driven by independent movie making.

NYIIFVF founder and executive producer Stuart Alson commented, "I am delighted that so many compelling and professional films were screened at our New York event. The filmmakers deserve recognition for all their hard work and we hope the awards help pave the way for success in this competitive industry, " said Alson.
