A business and legal seminar for filmmakers that covers the development, financing and distribution of independent feature films. The panel will discuss various aspects of how to optimize the financing, sales and distribution of independent films.

This seminar features some of the world's most artful cinematographers discussing the evolution of the grammar of visual story-telling on mega-budget films, independent movies and telefilms. Concurrent advances in film production and digital intermediate postproduction technologies is adding a new dimension to the art and craft of visual storytelling. Cinematographers are extending their art and craft deep into postproduction with a new collaborator, the digital colorist. Some of the industry's most talented cinematographers will participate in a discussion and answer questions about this relatively new collaborative relationship and what it means to the future of filmmaking.
