SLAMDANCE 3rd ANNUAL SUNDANCE VS SLAMDANCE SLED-OFF

The 3rd Annual Slamdance VS Sundance Sled-Off will take place on Thursday, January 22nd at 3 PM. Sledders will meet at the Treasure Mountain Inn to travel to the sledding location. Slamdance Co-Founder Dan Mirvish says , "We've won the last two sled-offs, but we hear Sundance is fielding a good team this year. We're hoping some of our many alums with films at Sundance this year will return like prodigal sons to the slopes of Park City. As always, we're inspired by Redford's performance in "Downhill Racer" which we screened a couple years ago on the side of a snow covered hill."

In addition to teams of Slamdance filmmakers competing against teams of Sundance filmmakers, the Sled-Off is open to competing media outlets (i.e. Indiewire vs. FilmThreat; Premiere vs. EW and so on.

The Slamdance Film Festival is headquartered at the Treasure Mountain Inn at 255 Main Street in Park City, UT. The box office opens January 16.
