Hayden Craddolph, founder and president of Haydenfilms (www.haydenfilms.com), an independent film production and distribution company and sponsor of the annual Haydenfilms Online Film Festival, now in the midst of its fourth festival, said Haydenfilms welcome the opportunity to share its mission and programs with the Orlando area and the state of Florida.

“Since our founding in 2001, our goal remains to celebrate and support independent filmmakers like Michael. We are now a global film festival, for example, attracting entries from filmmakers worldwide. Not only are we successfully promoting film via the Internet, but also through events like our upcoming Orlando showcase,” said Craddolph, who will emcee the Orlando festivities.

Produced by Dream Balloon Productions (www.dreamballoonproductions.com), Rumson, N.J., among the 83 awards “Once Upon A Christmas Village” has won is the 1st runner-up winner of the Moving Picture Magazine Award in the Short Corner during the 60th edition of the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. Screened on May 20th to a packed house, “Once Upon A Christmas Village” received rave reviews from an audience consisting of film goers, writers, directors and producers.

Dream Balloon Productions is in development to produce a full-length feature film, “Snowyville” based on the 15-minute “Once upon A Christmas Village.”

The Haydenfilms Showcase is being staged by Red Rope Screening, a division of Red Rope Productions LLC (www.redrope.com) , New York, New York, which specializes in “VIP red carpet” events similar to entertainment awards shows and film premieres.

The mission of Haydenfilms is to create and foster an online network of independent and student film producers, and to provide the support and resources necessary for filmmakers to succeed. In addition to the Haydenfilms Online Film Festival, now seeking votes to determine its fourth festival four finalists, the Haydenfilms web site provides industry news, a crew database, production boards and shopping for filmmaking software and equipment. The Haydenfilms Showcases and On The Road series offers further insight into and support of student and independent filmmakers.
