Yorkers Vote for Traffic



After
five hours of deliberation, the 35 members of the New York Film
Critics Circle have announced their award winners for the year 2000.
The group, the oldest of its kind in the United States, has been
around since 1935. Steven
Soderbergh's Traffic, about the international drug trade,
was named best picture and Soderbergh was named Best Director.
