More fun from the Music Café

the lineup for this year’s Sundance Film Festival Music Café, located in PLAN B, The Nightclub, 268 “upper” Main St. in Park City. From January 16-24, the Music Café showcases emerging and established bands, and solo artists — in both daytime and nighttime performances — and provides an opportunity for musicians, composers, filmmakers, and festivalgoers to meet, share ideas, and collaborate in a relaxed environment.

An opening reception on Friday, January 16, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. kicks off the Day Café, which is open from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. daily to all Festival credential holders. The Day Café, programmed by ASCAP, features four musicians daily, each performing half-hour sets.

Each evening the Night Café presents rare, intimate live performances, including the Actors’ Band Night featuring actor Tim Robbins’ band Gob Roberts. Night Café programming is open to all festivalgoers ($10.00 ticket price) and runs from 9:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.
